Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hunchly collects and uses personal data when you visit hunchly.app or any landing page published under it, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is INFINITESCAPE, LDA (NIF 518130657), a company registered in Portugal. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
When you sign up through a form on one of our landing pages, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your name, if you choose to give it.
- The product or concept you registered interest in.
- How you reached the page: the origin or source, UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, content), the referring page and the landing page URL.
We also record some technical information automatically when you submit a form: your approximate country (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider) and your browser information (user agent). We do not store your full IP address in our database.
3. How we use your data
We use this data only to:
- Measure interest in product ideas and decide whether to build them.
- Contact you about the product or concept you registered for, for example to tell you when it launches or to ask for feedback.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.
4. Legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting a registration form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our hosting provider and data processor and handles the data only on our instructions. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; where it does, it relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Advertising
We use advertising on Facebook and other Meta platforms to bring visitors to our landing pages. When you see or interact with those ads on Meta's platforms, Meta's own privacy policy and terms apply. This site does not install a Meta pixel, and we do not share the data you submit on our forms with Meta.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as the product concept you registered for is being validated or developed. If a concept is dropped, or if you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification).
- Have your data deleted.
- Object to our processing of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, including to have your data deleted, email [email protected] from the address you registered with and tell us what you would like us to do. We will handle your request within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let registered users know.
